Error with the temporarily discounted skins included with champions

One of the skins included with champions was galactic Azir including Azir for 70% off. When I try to purchase it, an error message pops up and I can't unlock it. I checked the next day, today and there is still error. Even after finishing a game, it says error. I need help because I tested the shop by buying Braum with the dragonslayer skin, but it still wont purchase Galactic Azir which was the main reason I put 10 dollars into this account. Please I need help.

Thanks league you guys seemed to fix the problem. After the day that i sent the bug report, I was able to get the galactic azir with azir combo for 70 percent off. Thanks so much I really like the skin and azir anilities.
