Entering Game Bug

The last 2 games I've entered, at the end of pick and ban, a black screen comes up, which usually turns into the pre game loading screen but then nothing happens, and you can't tab out of the black screen that appears. I tried restarting my computer multiple times and the same thing happened each time.
