Clicking on the "Create your PBE account" button sends me to an error page

PBE Bug

I was approved to be a PBE tester, and when i try to create an account or open anything PBE related in general on the website, this screen pops up.

Send a support ticket straight to Riot, you're unlikely to get any sort of response on here from them.

You can try clearing your browser cache if you haven't already, but that's definitely far from a guaranteed fix.

500 is a server error. Browser cache has nothing to do with that (browsers don't cache errors).

See I'm not too familiar with internet error codes anymore, but that's also why I added that it's not guaranteed to fix anything.

How do you send a support ticket straight to riot? I have the same issue.

Go to the top left of the website where it says League explorer, there should be a drop down menu with the option "Support" click that and follow the info to make an appropriate support ticket.

I got the same bug. We're fellow hopeful PBEs :) Hopefully we don't get prevented from making our accounts. That's gonna be a serious bummer :(
