Clicking on the "Create your PBE account" button sends me to an error page

I was approved to be a PBE tester, and when i try to create an account or open anything PBE related in general on the website, this screen pops up.

Send a support ticket straight to Riot, you're unlikely to get any sort of response on here from them.
You can try clearing your browser cache if you haven't already, but that's definitely far from a guaranteed fix.
I got the same bug. We're fellow hopeful PBEs :) Hopefully we don't get prevented from making our accounts. That's gonna be a serious bummer :(
