Gragas Q bug, disabling it for the whole game

So i started a ranked game as gragas, everything was normal until i threw my q at the caster minions in first wave. then the barrel disappears and the q icon is stuck on the recast icon for the ability, and pressing q wouldn't do anything. i attempted to reconnect, but the q was still disabled, this eventually cost me the game because i could not use q.
