Low priority queue because of server bug...

I get a random "Attempting to Reconnect" loading bar when my internet is working just fine in game. When i restart the client to reconnect it fails and takes me to "Skip waiting for stats" screen when the game is not over. This has happened to me twice now in the past week. It is literally ONLY league of legends I cannot connect to. Youtube, Google, Facebook, Reddit, etc. all work just fine.

I haven't purposefully left a game in literal years. I'd expect bugs like this to be all fixed by now since LoL has been the biggest online game for years. I feel like this game hasn't had much progress since its conception despite how popular it is and now I'm being punished because of a basic server bug. It's as if Riot is asking me to quit.
