[GAMEPLAY] Visual Bug? Kennen + Poppy

When Kennen uses his ultimate on a Poppy what has her ultimate active there is no delay between the bolts hitting her. This creates a constant steam of lightning from the sky hitting Poppy. I'm not sure if this is intended or not but it looked weird so I figured I would report it.

Step 1 Have Kennen, Poppy, and any other champ on Kennen's team. Step 2 Have poppy ult the champ that isn't Kennen Step 3 Have Kennen ult in range of Poppy Step 4 Watch Poppy get zapped repeatedly.

I'm not sure if this is functioning as intended just to avoid having a delay on striking Poppy if her ult ends while she's still in the radius and I'm not sure if it acts the same way when there are two enemies within Kennen's ult range.
