GAMEPLAY Syndra bug

There is a bug with Syndra W spell in which she picks up a orb and or minion to throw at enemy.. The bug is that when there is no minions around syndra has to waste a cooldown her q to summon and orb. This makes it where you cant do a w and then q combo because your q is on cooldown. This cripples syndra especially on Ascension game mode where there isnt any minions at all. Can you please fix syndras W to summon a orb to throw automatically. Shes one of my most loved champions and this cant be intended on the devs end.
