"Crafting timed out" lost 5 keys and 5 boxes

I would like to report an anusuall bug. 31.05.2018 around 20:40 polish time i oppened 5 boxes by 5 keys and because of some streange crafting timed out i lose them all. Is it reversable?

Just for hahas check your collection tab and sort skins by date obtained.

I don't think there is an option for that. Anyway, those would be skin shards, not skins.
