OH MY LORD - MY HARD EARNED OPENED CHEST DISAPPEARED

Hi guys,

I opened a chest with my very rarely gained key fragments and I didn't get anything from it. No essence or skin/champion/ward shard. Has anyone else had these disappear?

I know that I definitely had a GemStone in it.

My client froze and was really laggy, therefore due to my knowledge of technology, i think that this was the reason.

It's possible you gained it. There is a way to skip the animation which I do a lot of the time when creating keys. I do hope in the future Riot will create a way to keep track if things you get similar to your purchase history.

If it just doesn't load, go to a different tab like Shop then go back to the Loot tab, then scroll down.

This thread is honestly sketchy af though.

Ah, it's still not there after re-logging a couple of times.

Gutted, oh well.
