cant recconect

After champion selection, it shows I'm in game, but it just shows reconnect button. I press and nothing happens. I've tried repair tool, reinstalling, taking down firewall, but nothing I do seems to help. I even tried a powerful uninstall to remove all files related to league then redownloading. This is for all games modes aswell. Please help.
