Client doesn't show accept/decline choice

Since I last started the client I won't get the choice between accept and decline anymore. I tried this with a friend who always got the choice when he was party leader (4x) and whe I was (1x) which resulted in me having a 15 min dodge timer "bEcAuSe i DecLiNed tO oFtEN" although I couldn't even choose to decline. Didn't do anything but start the client and update it to the newest version ( I searched blind pick in sr) . Is it a bug that occurs frequently rn and if so how can i fix it i really don't want to get a higher dodge counter.
