[GAMEPLAY] Varus Q not activatable

I was playing a game of ARAM (NA server) as Varus, and about halfway through the game (about 10 minutes?) after a respawn his Q would no longer activate properly. Either pressing the key or clicking the icon would do nothing (no animation change, no range indicators). This persisted for the remainder of the game and I could not use the skill.

It is possible that I pressed Q after being dead, and/or was killed in the middle of trying to fire it, but otherwise can't think of any particular possible triggers. Tried reproducing in a custom game to no avail.

I just had the same bug, in ARAM. I was killed (in the middle of using q i think, though im not totally certain and have no replay) and when i respawned his q would not activate, didnt matter if i used the hotkey or clicked it. I also tried alt tabbing in and out and rebinding the move, neither of which worked.
