[Gameplay] Morgana binding is sometimes invisible / not rendered while in the air

As noted in the video, Morgana's Q is invisible until it hits my champion. (Slow mo at the end)

I was able to capture it, but I have not been able to replicate it. I have anecdotal reports from some friends that this is also happening occasionally with Nidalee spears on the latest patch.

After observing it in this instance it's possibly an issue with the skillshot being fired the same moment the champion enters visibility?
