hi riot i trying to get a s,s-,s+ at some champs and got 5 s+ and i didnt got a box i gone back to my profile and saw that i can take 4 boxes today and im writing now to you pls fix the problem and if you can give some boxes cause i take 5 s+ with all my strong body.
If you were punished by leaverbuster or by other means you will have a period of time that you can't receive loot
If you been punished recently, like Ethan said you wont be able to get loot. If that is not the case then you already gotten a chest from that champion (looking at the Collection page will let you know if you got a chest for that champion) If none of those help, then i would suggest screencapping your recent matches (showing you gotten an S or higher) as well as your loot (showing you dont have chest) and talking to support to help you!
