league client tab won't close on my laptop

i played league, about three games on my laptop, and then when i tried to ex out of league, a white screen appeared, this screen would go away no matter what and is called league client, i can't play as it won't load the actual game with this on my computer, and i cant restart my computer because it needs to turn off the tab before the restart. this is inconveniencing me so does anyone know how to get rid of it?

If you were to power off manually and restarted would this problem reappear? How often have you played league on this pc? How has it performed, and what are the specs?
