Report a Bug: Tahm Kench in game shop bug

Whenever I played Tahm Kench, the item shop will bugged out. For example, after I buy a Ruby Crystal and try to upgrade it to Kindlegem, the bug will appear. It will appear as if I do not have the Ruby Crystal in my inventory. Hence, resulting in not being able to upgrade the Ruby Crystal. Hopefully Riot will look into this bug. I have encounter it most of the games when I play Tahm Kench and only when playing Tahm Kench.
