Gameplay bug

When I choose to play draft mode norms it puts me into a ranked game every time.

Also I have gnar now, never bought him and didn't receive any notification that I was gifted him, was wondering how I could have received him otherwise, ( I did not interfere with the game to get gnar don't ban me plz)
