Normally, Yasuo should be in the two rows of champions, right before Shen, as I have him at Masterylvl 7. He was in the top three, until I unlocked Zed lvl 7, and suddenly he was gone not only from the top three, but also from the top champions in total, which does not seem right.
Its because that is the list of champions in progress, and because Yasuo and Zed are now tier 7, the are maxed and no longer in progress. They should still show up on page 1 of the chart, which is the list of the Top Champions, and your top champions are your highest ranked ones.
