Iceborn gauntlet bug?

Last time I've seen the spellblade proc particle for IBG it was quite different from the one in the attached picture but that was quite a while ago, so i ve been wondering if I had missed the particle effects removal in the patch notes or is it a bug that flew under the radar (or could it be my lol instalation?).
