CLIENT GLITCH HELP!!!!!!!!

I had this happen during a game last night, though it was glitched, uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still happening. Game starts windowed, which doesn't seem like a huge deal, but it means i can move my camera up, but can't move it down. For some reason i cannot get league to start full screen. Have you tried switching between windowed and fullscreen from the video tab in the options?
