CLIENT GLITCH

I have joined draft pick queues, both normal and ranked, and as soon as I get in, I can't click anything. I can't even exit the client using the x in the top right corner. I now have a 25 minute wait time to join queues because this has happened 3 times today. For some reason when I try submitting a ticket to riot support, it is forcing me to sign in and redirecting me to some other part of the website. If anyone could help me out, I would appreciate it.
