I cant use any of my Skills.

So whenever i join a game things go well at first. I normally have no issues but I have been having problems recently. Whenever I use ctrl to ping it i can't do anything. Whenever i try to do anything it pings to back off. I can't use skills, I can't open my settings. I've made sure that the key isn't sticking. I have been disconnecting and reconnecting and that has seemed to be working but it gets annoying having to do that 4-5 times a game. Does anyone else have this problem, or a solution?
