Any time i ult myself or a team member it adds 100k damage to the charts on both damage done and damage taken. 
I have seen it in three games now since 6.7 it seems to happen every time hes played.

meow meøw1 votesIt's prob cause when your revenant dies, it takes 100k true damage and the system thinks took the damage and dealt it himself.
