Mouse ping glitch/Lag

I copied and pasted everything from the original post from 2013.

It's exactly what's happening to me and I would like to know if it's an in-game bug/lag/glitch or if it's a hardware issue (Mouse or keyboard)

''In almost every match at random times, when I go to use a spell or click somewhere it gets pinged instead. The only way to fix it is to minimize and restore the game. As you can imagine, this can be very frustrating at times. Anyone else have this issue? And is there a fix?''
