Lobby Bug

When I am in the lobby and someone dodges by not picking a champion and waiting for the timer to run out, I remain in the lobby and cannot get out (while all of my other teammates have left). So instead, I have to x-out of League of Legends since I cannot get out of the lobby. When I sign back in, there's a dodging timer waiting for me. I need to fix this because soon enough my timer is going to keep adding time and maybe even result in a ban--even though it is not my fault. I need help!
