[gameplay] Zed bug Qs and R shadow

I play Zed more than any other champion and he's had a bug where sometimes your shadow from your W does NOT throw a Q when you press it, it only comes out of the real Zed. It seems to only happen when you press the combo quickly.

Another bug is new, only since 5.9, sometimes after ulting and pressing R to return it does NOT leave a shadow behind where you came from. One time it never left a shadow behind me at all.

The first bug happens often while the second is brand new. Thanks in advance.
