Gifting Bug (Xayah and Rakan w/ IP)

I gifted my brother Rakan, and he gifted me Xayah, yet neither of us have received the icon for doing so. Anyone else have this same problem? Really want the summoner icons. I gifted with IP as well as my brother if that changes anything, which doesn't according to Riot's post.

The icons will come within 2 weeks, though they will probably come in a few days.

As musaabali mentioned, icons can take up to 2 weeks after the promotion to be gifted (but they usually come sooner!)
