Gamebreaing Scion Bug

I don't Know how this happens... Several others have said the same thing. Scion's q and r can be broken so easily. Just Lost A game because of it. Pleas Fix this!!! Scion Is now Literally unplayable... And you just reworked him.... Sad :(
