Leaver Buster punishments regarding people who couldnt connect do to the clients bug.

I received a 20 minute queue timer for not connecting to games when the reason I couldn't connect was a bug in riots client and I'm sure this has happened to PLENTY of other patrons of the game. This should not be happening to say the least. Riot should have either disabled Leaver Buster while they were addressing these issues with the game or they should of turned off their servers to fix the problem; since they have done neither, people who have queue timers should have them removed since the problem was on Riots end. Just my thoughts on the issue.

I am also same victim like u guys ..its been 7 months for me now..The reason i was punish is because several time my game crash during loading screen after match making..At time the i realize that i have to re-download the whole game it was too late.Riot will never revoke my penalty.Btw i have 300+ total masteries with that account and i have no intention to create new account..
