[CLIENT] Cannot queue to draft pick whether it was ranked or normals.

Hello. I'm a fellow League of Legends player and I have encountered a bug.

I was trying to play with a friend of mine earlier today and I got to join in the lobby he created, so we could duo queue to ranked games. Shortly after, the lobby crashed, kicked him out and I could not join nor create a draft pick lobby, whether it was ranked or not. My friend could still create a lobby and go play but I was unavailable to do so. I tried to reinstall, restart my PC, restart client. Nothing really worked.

1. Joined the game lobby.
2. Lobby leader randomly got kicked out.
3. Profit. Cannot queue to any form of draft picks.

I have no idea what happened but I wish you would help me fix it ASAP.
