In-game Hurricane/Hydra bug for Thresh

Before the patch 5.22 Thresh could use Hurricane and not the Titanic/Ravenous Hydra. But afterwards it says that Hurricane is only for ranged champions while on the other hand you can get the Titanic/Ravenous Hydra - but you can't use it's active. Not sure if Thresh will benefits from the passive from Hydra, but perhaps something you could look into.
