League client load everything extremly slow for no reason.

When I log in it takes like 2-3 minutes. But this is the smallest problem.. When I create lobby it takes more than 5 minutes when I try to invite someone he can see it but cant accept instantly it takes like 4-5 minutes to accept and the worst thing is that i cant even see anything in champion select i cant even hear music or see my teammates names i cant see champions etc.. so basically i cant pick champion so it counts as leave.. i tried to repair the game but still the same i tried reinstall but it was the same... also i cant see anything in anyone's profile and when i open loot and error appears ''unable to retrieve some loot data items may appear without icons or names. If so, please try restarting your client.'' when i restart my client it was still the same. I have this problem on 3 different computers one of them got fixed just with reinstall but the other two wont.
