Mac client dual monitor screen flash

I am running the mac client with dual core 15" retina with a nvidia graphics card and 16 gb ram. When the game goes into full screen mode, chrome and my mac bar at the top of my secondary monitor flash. Youtube videos will not play correctly either on the secondary monitor.
