[GAMEPLAY] Loss of control of my champion randomly

Sometimes randomly in a game I won't be able to move. It happens most frequently around minions but it happens even with no one there sometimes. I can't move for a few seconds, I click to a different spot to move to and it's like the input doesn't get sent for a few seconds. Pressing S to stop doesn't help either. I'm not CC'd for sure, but this has caused me to die a few times in really stupid ways. This happens ALMOST every game.

I've only noticed this going on since the last patch was sent out. Help!
