So, I played a game against a 
Lux yesterday, and she used 
Hextech Protobelt with her ult to create multiple copies of her ult. The odd thing was that each copy made was an illusion (did not deal damage or apply on hit effects) except the last copy. It could be that the person playing Lux was cheating, but I have no way to confirm this as I do own Lux, so I cannot test this bug myself. Has anyone else encounter this bug?

This used to be a thing with Xerath and flash, too; he could change his Q direction during the cast animation. I wonder if it happens with Ezreal and other long-animation ults, too?
Yeah, I was able to reproduce it in a custom game. It's not a cheat, it's just a visual bug.
Don't worry about it being there. It's not a big deal; there's no way it could ever reasonably be considered cheating because it's rather hard to do, it's visual only and usually just makes you miss the ult anyway.
Yes, other people have encountered this bug.
On the rare occasion it can CD reset the ult. I did it 3 times in a row in a custom with a friend just wanting to show him it.
