Language Filter in-game always on [CHAT]

Title captures most of the problem. I have turned off the language filter in the client settings, and have tried to use the /chatfilter option, as well as uninstall and reinstall, but the language filter is always on in-game. It's weird because I know that in the old client I never had any problems with this, and my language filter in the old client was definitely turned OFF.

If any rioters could please give me a hand, I would greatly appreciate it.
