Switching windows in middle of game

Whenever a notification via Chrome from Facebook pops up (chat, notification...etc), the game immediately switches back to the desktop. Also, whenever the mouse is clicked (right or left click) on the taskbar, the game switches windows to the desktop as well.

I've turned off the notifications and is a temporary fix, but this did not occur until this patch (6.22).
