CLIENT BUG: PLEASE DISABLE XERATH

Dear Riot,

Please disable Xerath because there is a bug that crashes the game for all players. It occurs as follows: Players who have vision of Xerath in fountain while Xerath charges his Q and fires on the obelisk found in the fountain will be disconnected from the game, forcing them to reconnect. This happens for ally and enemy teams.

Of course this has been used to troll people and make games super dull.

Again, I ask you to disable xerath before this gets into my ranked games and causes me to lose LP.

Happened to me too. Apparently it was "my connection" and not an in game bug. That's what support said.

I'm half tempted to do this. I mean.... It has been 4 weeks or so and the "attempting to reconnect" bug (check bug report forums) is still alive and rampant, and ruining the end of the season for anyone who doesn't have perfect internet with perfect ping. Maybe abusing Xerath will send a message?

(Fix the fucking bugs in your fucking game)

This can also be done with Ziggs' Hexplosive Minefield. Cast it on the bottom brick of the circle of bricks around the statue at the back of blue fountain.

As of this post, Xerath has been disabled. However, I can confirm that this also works with Vel'koz's W as well. Supposedly it works with Lux's ult too, but I couldn't reproduce it with that.

Vel'koz should probably be disabled as well for the time being.
