Changing settings in client and in game does not persists

When adjusting my settings such as volume and hot keys in the client they do bind and persists. Trying to change hot key bindings in settings and do they not persists into game. When trying to change volume settings from launch client it does not change any settings and does not take effect. I have to change the bindings and volume settings every time I play a game.
