Vi's combo Q-flash is so inconsistent after few patches ago, and her E is bugged with devourer.

First of all, her Q-flash combo inconsistent. I don't know if it was implemented on purpose, but sometimes it just doesn't work. Like every 3 attemps. What happened?

Secondly, when you use E at the same time your devourer's attack is going off, it bugs, go on CD, but the skill don't go off, neither the damage from it.

The second bug you guys are probably aware of already, but to me the most important is the first one. I confirmed with some people and they'll say the same.
