[Gameplay] Dark Star Varus E visuals disappear when enemy Varus is out of vision

Just played a game against a Varus and whenever he shot his E the visuals would disappear when out of vision. The slow still remained and healing was still reduced. Unfortunately I didn't get any screenshots and don't know anyone who owns the skin to replicate the bug.
