Fizz E bug

I was just playing an Aram and Blitzcrank was consistently able to knock me up as I used my E ability. It happened if I used my E as he was about to hit me with an auto, it looked like I'd still be in my E animation only no immunity and instead cc'd with E going on CD. I hope this is enough information, I have quite a lot of games on Fizz and I've never experienced this before.

blitz e is not cancelable. fizz e makes him untargetable but not invulnerable. if the e animation starts it goes through. same works with things like vlad pool. If kled uses q on a fizz and fizz uses his e, he will actually get pulled down from his stick. pretty much the same thing.
