[Gameplay] Many menus in game have a graphical bug

I've restarted my computer and updated drivers. Most of the bug is shown in the album, many have notes behind them that'll be easier to express on there. A couple days ago, I switched to this computer, so I can't say if it'd have happened before hand, but I never encountered this glitch on the previous computer I used. There is probably no easy way for me to get a video of the bug due to how bad this computer is, sadly.
