Vel Koz bug..

I was playing a ranked game (placements)

and i picked Arclight velkoz..

it was ok in early game..

but in mid game.. i didnt use my ult but it went on cooldown after I died..

after that i couldnt use my ult untill i hit lv 11...

and after that, i couldnt use my e... (or i can say it went of late..)

in the teamfight, i press the 'r' button on my keyboard like tons and i did 0 dmg... and this team fight could have made us win....

finally, we lost... can u plz fix this bug?

i asked the other team if they were hacking and they said yes.. (probably joking..)

but that wasnt fair for me to loose that ranked game..

plz riot fix this bug where arclight velkoz cant use his ult....
