Varus's Q

Talking about his Arctic Ops skin. His Q ( on live now ) sounds like his default skin while charging the Q and it ruins all the vibe.. Shooting the arrow plays the sound of the Arctic Ops skin tho.. Was this changed or its a bug? If it's changed.. I dare to say I would want a refund because this is not what I paid for I've sent a ticket to riot support some weeks ago before the patch but.. nothing. Sorry , I've posted in NA boards because in EUNE nobody cares mostly and I wait ages for a reply. P.S : The video is the most accurate proof I could find for it's sounds and things like that. Any rioter around?
