Akali Passive Glitch

Basically the red glowing thing on Akali's passive doesn't disappear, even after the passive goes on cd. The green part is fine. So far confirmed on Silverfang, Headhunter and Bloodmoon skins, so I'm assuming its a general glitch for the champion in general (not just a skin glitch).
