Mac client issues on El Capitan

I have been experiencing the worst client issues since the new mac update. My client seems to have the most problems in champ select and in queue. My in-game performance is amazing though. I am on update 10.11.3 (El Capitan). Sometimes the timers for players go down to 0 and it freezes entirely, kicking me out and giving me the penalties for everything. This problem is getting extremely annoying and is unavoidable. I have uninstalled and tried to repair twice now and nothing has worked. I hope that a fix will be up for this soon.
