When the game hits 10 minuets i get the Attempting to Reconect Error and my ping spikes up to 500

After playing 3 games on the new aram map every time it hits 10 minutes my ping spike ups to 500 and once i reconect it happens again 1 minute later i have never had this problem before until this patch came out.
