[GAMEPLAY] Ezreal spawns outside of base at start of game

Dear Riot,

It's very simple but I can't explain it. When the game started I simply spawned outside of the base, like you know when the game starts and everyone is 'locked' in the base untill a certain amount of time, well I spawned outside of it. I am really not sure how it happened and surely don't know how to recreate this issue, I hope this helped out!
