Error EM04 and EM05

Literally all my emotes are gone. Went the first time into game like idk 3 weeks or so (?) and had no emotes on the wheel and was like:" ya maybe they resetted it and i need to go over it again." After the game i went into the Emotes, set my emotes, error EM05. K, restart the client after spamming the button because maybe spaghetti code or something. After client restart went into the Emote menue 0/54 emotes. Litteray all emots of 12 i think are gone now. Even the rankup ones. And now its just a refreshing page that tells me that EM04 and then EM05 eror with the loading circle. I guess i broke the game. Screenshots are >1. the 0 Emotes page and 2. the purchase history so you see i had an emote once that should still be there

edit 1: So after a One For All game nothing changed. Still gone. Also i dont know if iam posting this in the right category here, but this is happening on LIVE servers NOT on PBE.

edit2: Also 3 of my rune pages seem to be also missing, only 2 left out of 5 now.

edit3: Ok i jsut relogged after the ranked issue message and it seems to work now. Emotes are back and lockable. Also the runes are back too.
